KJÖT

What if sex was obligatory by law? Would choosing a partner be any different to choosing an employee? Let's get acquainted.

A play inspired by the similarities of personal ads on dating websites and professional ads on job seekers websites. When it comes down to it we're all meat.

A physical theatre performance developed as part of Hitt Húsið funded project Rannsóknarsvið Íslenskrar Þjóðmenningar where theatre makers Kolbrún Björt Sigfúsdóttir, Karl Ágúst Þorbergsson, Friðgeir Einarsson and Árni Kristjánsson explored post modern performance as part of Reykjavík City's performance in public spaces initiative. The group was one of a few funded that year that started artFart theatre festival and Kjöt was part of its founding year's programme.
